• Account data: name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, account type (recruiter or job seeker), and password (stored hashed).
• Profile data: profile picture, languages, location, CV, LinkedIn URL, company name and bio, job history you choose to add.
• Activity data: jobs you post or apply to, messages you exchange, applications, and support requests.
• Technical data: basic device / browser info and log data required to run the service securely.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and operate your account and profile.
• To connect recruiters with job seekers, including displaying your profile to the other side of the platform when relevant.
• To deliver messages between users and to our support team.
• To keep the platform safe and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account, job matches, and service updates.

3. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data. Information you save in your profile is shared with other TalentLoop users only to the extent necessary for recruiting purposes (for example: a recruiter viewing candidate profiles that match their job). We use trusted infrastructure providers to host data and send emails, and we require them to keep your data secure.

4. Your Choices

• You can update or delete profile fields at any time from your dashboard.
• You can request deletion of your account by contacting support.
• You can opt out of non-essential communications while keeping critical account and security notifications active.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted transport, role-based access, and row-level security — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

7. Children

TalentLoop is not intended for individuals under 16. Do not use the service if you are under this age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, notify you through the platform.
