Welcome to TalentLoop. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TalentLoop platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
TalentLoop is an online platform that connects recruiters ("HR") and job seekers ("Candidates") in Egypt's call-center industry. We provide the technology that lets both sides find and communicate with one another. We are not the employer, staffing agency, or representative of either party.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use TalentLoop. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts of the same type without permission.
4. User Responsibilities
- Recruiters may only post real, currently open job offers and must handle applicant data respectfully and lawfully.
- Candidates must not misrepresent qualifications, identity, or work eligibility.
- No spam, harassment, discrimination, illegal content, malware, scraping, or attempts to abuse the platform.
- You are responsible for the content you post — job descriptions, profiles, messages, CVs — and for any decision you make based on content posted by other users.
5. Platform Role
TalentLoop acts strictly as an intermediary. We do not verify the identity, licensing, or claims of employers or candidates. Any agreement, offer letter, employment contract, salary negotiation, or dispute is between the HR and the Candidate directly. TalentLoop is not a party to and takes no responsibility for those relationships or their outcomes.
6. Fees
TalentLoop is currently free for standard use. We may introduce optional paid features in the future. When we do, the pricing will be disclosed clearly before you incur any charge.
7. Content License
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting content on TalentLoop, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and share it for the purpose of operating the service (e.g. showing your profile to relevant recruiters).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that harm other users, or that create legal or security risks for the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". TalentLoop does not guarantee that any recruiter will hire, that any candidate will be selected, or that the platform will be free of interruption or error.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentLoop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, or from decisions made based on information available on the platform.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform. Continued use of TalentLoop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
